- To respond to enquiries and arrange demos, reader studies or pilots (legitimate interests).

Reader studies
Reader studies use public data only. If you take part, we will give you a separate information sheet explaining what we record and how it is used before you begin.
Sharing
We use service providers for website hosting (Render), form storage (Supabase, with data stored in London, United Kingdom) and email (Microsoft 365), under appropriate data processing terms. Form submissions can be read only by TamRx. We do not sell personal data. Where data is processed outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
Patient data
This website does not collect patient data. Please do not send us any. Our development uses de-identified, licence-checked public datasets.
Retention
We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as needed for the relationship and for up to 24 months after our last contact. We keep applications from unsuccessful candidates for up to 12 months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. A longer period applies only where required by law.
Your rights
You have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Contact mounsif@tamrx.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
